Acceptance into DOAJ or Scopus still depends on your editorial policies and content quality — we configure the technical foundation and can guide the checklist.

Yes. Full-text HTML articles (not PDF-only landing pages), crawlable URLs, proper meta tags, sitemaps, and structured article markup help Google and Google Scholar find and index your content. We also advise on Search Console setup and common crawl blockers so new issues and articles get discovered reliably.

On a typical OJS article page, readers often see only the abstract and references and must download a PDF for the full paper. Custom JMS renders the entire article on the page — body text, equations, tables, and figures — so readers and crawlers can see the content without opening a PDF. That improves readability and indexing signals.

DOI registration is built into the publication workflow — deposit from the article with one click once your Crossref credentials are connected. We help set prefixes, suffixes, and deposit checks so DOIs resolve correctly after publish.

Yes. We can migrate submissions, published articles, users, and files from OJS or another CMS. Scope depends on archive size and data quality — migration is quoted after a short review of your current system, not as a fixed line item.

You do. Journal content, author data, and published articles remain yours. We host and support the platform under your annual plan; export and exit options are part of a normal publisher relationship — ask on the scoping call if you need specifics for procurement.

The platform is ready for ORCID, Crossref DOI deposit, iThenticate, and other publishing connectors. Those services are subscription-based with their own providers — if your press already has (or buys) an account, we wire it into your workflows quickly. We do not resell ORCID, Crossref, or iThenticate licences; we make the integration straightforward once your credentials are in place. QC by Galleys can be added as an optional annual add-on.
